º Selección y elección de candidatos . Las empresas y las entidades serán postuladas por cada uno de los Gerentes de las Agencias de la Corporación Financiera Popular S.A., ante el Presidente de la Corporación y dos delegados del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico, quienes determinarán en cada caso las personas beneficiadas con las distinciones de que trata este Decreto. Se seleccionarán tres (3) empresas de cada uno de los siguientes sectores económicos: Famiempresas, microempresas, pequeñas y medianas industrias, así como tres (3) entidades de 0fomento al desarrollo empresarial.
