Como parte de la aplicación de un apropiado sistema de control interno el representante legal en cada organización deberá velar por el establecimiento formal de un sistema de evaluación y control de gestión, según las características propias de la entidad y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 343 de la Constitución Nacional y demás disposiciones legales vigentes.
