Los recursos disponibles en patrimonios autónomos de remanentes a cargo del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, que no financien la operación de estos o el pago de obligaciones exigibles, serán girados, sin operación presupuestal, al Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía (Fosyga) o quien haga sus veces, y se destinarán a la financiación del aseguramiento en salud.
