º El artículo 10 quedará así: Artículo 10. Serán considerados como personal de carrera, los funcionarios colombianos que al entrar en vigencia este Decreto, o dentro de tal vigencia, se hallen en servicio activo y hayan completado o completen doce años consecutivos de servicio, en los cargos que, de acuerdo con el presente Decreto, comprende la carrera diplomática y consular.
