Parágrafo 1
El Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar a través de su Director General, podrá incrementar el valor de la bonificación anualmente, y establecer las cuotas de participación que deben pagar los padres de familia en las modalidades de atención de la primera infancia y demás programas.
