Forma de la orden de captura. Salvo en los casos de flagrancia y cuasiflagrancia, la orden de captura se dará por escrito que contendrá la identificación exacta de la persona contra quien se libra, el nombre del hecho punible que se le atribuye y la firma y sello del funcionario que la imparte.
