El acreedor ejecutante puede rematar por cuenta de su crédito y hasta concurrencia de él, sin obligación de consignar porcentaje. Si rematare en todo y quedare debiendo saldo, se le aplican las reglas de rematador extraño, en cuanto al saldo.
