Art.10. o Los expendedores de papel sellado cambiarán el que se le lleve correspondiente al año o bienio económico vencido, por otro de igual sello del año económico corriente: para que tenga lugar el cambio deberá verificarse dentro de los primeros treinta días siguientes a la conclusión del año económico, i el papel que se llevare habrá de estar perfectamente útil i en blanco.
