Artículo decimoprimero. Todo servicio o agencia privada lucrativa de colocación o empleo, deberá presentar a la División de Empleo y Recursos Humanos, para su aprobación, el Reglamento Interno de funcionamiento, aplicable tanto al aspirante trabajador, a trabajadores colocados por su mediación y a empleadores solicitantes dentro de un término de sesenta (60) días subsiguientes a la notificación de la Resolución que autoriza su funcionamiento.
