Modifícase el literal d) del artículo 10 del Decreto 2080 de 2000, artículo modificado por el Decreto 4210 de 2004, el Decreto 1940 de 2006, el Decreto 1801 de 2007, el Decreto 1888 de 2008, el Decreto 1999 de 2008 y el Decreto 3264 de 2008, el cual quedará así: "d) Remitir al exterior en moneda libremente convertible las sumas recibidas producto de la enajenación de la inversión dentro del país, o de la liquidación de la empresa o portafolio o de la reducción de su capital".
