Art. 13° El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores indicara á los miembros del Cuerpo Diplomático, por medio de una nota verbal, los días y horas que haya fijado para recibir más especialmente, en la sala de su despacho, á los Representantes extranjeros que deseen tratar asuntos del servicio. Podrá también el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores conceder audiencia fuera de los días señalados.
