Los nombramientos de que trata el presente Decreto se realizarán mediante Decreto Ejecutivo en el cual se señalarán sus funciones, se indicará la categoría del servicio exterior al cual se asimila dicho nombramiento, y la Misión ante la cual se adscribe el funcionario conforme a lo previsto en el numeral 4º del artículo 7º del Decreto-ley 2350 de 1991.
