Entrega de bienes, libros y archivos al liquidador . Efectuadas las inscripciones exigidas por el Artículo precedente, el administrador o gerente de la sociedad entregará al liquidador los bienes, libros y papeles de ella, mediante inventario suscrito por ambos. Si surgieren dificultades en la entrega, el liquidador acudirá al juez, quien le prestará el auxilio necesario. La renuencia del administrador o gerente a efectuar la entrega lo hará incurrir en multas sucesivas de quinientos a cinco mil pesos, que se sujetarán a lo dispuesto en el numeral 1 del Artículo 39.
