Art. 28. Lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior no priva a los Jueces de Circuito de la facultad de practicar por sí mismos las diligencias a que se refieren los incisos de dicho artículo, siéndoles prohibido comisionar a los Jueces Ejecutores para la práctica de las diligencias de que trata el último inciso.
