De la responsabilidad de los representantes legales de las entidades sometidas al régimen de contingencias públicas. Los jefes de los organismos del sector central en los órdenes nacional, departamental y municipal, así como los representantes legales de las entidades enumeradas en el artículo 2.4.1.8. del presente título, serán responsables disciplinaria, fiscal y penalmente por el cumplimiento de las presentes disposiciones.
