° . Adiciónese el artículo 2.9.8.1.6 al Decreto número 2555 de 2010 el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 2.9.8.1.6. Aplicación de las reglas de la actividad de asesoría regulada en Libro 40 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto. Cuando la asesoría prevista en el presente título implique el suministro de recomendaciones profesionales conforme al artículo 2.40.1.1.2 se deberá cumplir con las reglas del Libro 40 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto”.
