: Se consideran como bosques nacionales las plantaciones naturales de caucho, tagua, pita, henoquéa, quina, balata, jengibre, maderas preciosas y demás productos de exportación o de consumo interior, existentes en terrenos de la Nación.

Parágrafo

: La Nación podrá hacer las reservas territoriales que juzgue convenientes por disposiciones reglamentarias de esta Ley.
