Art. 219. Los Secretarios de los Tribunales y Juzgados no certificarán sobre hechos que no estén consignados en los autos, después de dos días de haber pasado el acto al cual deba referirse el certificado; transcurrido este término, el testimonio del Secretario deberá recibirse y apreciarse como el de cualquier testigo.
