Para todos los contribuyentes sometidos al régimen tributario especial, el libro de actas constituye el soporte y prueba de las decisiones tomadas por la Asamblea General, o el órgano directivo que haga sus veces. Este libro deberá registrarse conjuntamente con los demás libros de contabilidad de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes.
