Cuando la gravedad de la falta o extensión de las facultades sancionadas, las autoridades disciplinarias consideren que deben imponerse un sanción mayor a la impuesta por éstas, deberán dar traslado al Tribunal Deportivo del Organismo que dirige el evento o torneo.
