Condónase al Señor Macario Palomino la suma de mil ochocientos treinta y tres pesos con setenta y cuatro centavos ($ 1,833-74) y la de cuarenta pesos ($ 40), la primera como alcance deducido en el examen de sus cuentas, como responsable de la Administración de las Salinas de Cumaral y Upín, y la segunda, como multa a cargo del expresado responsable, según auto de fecha 10 de julio de 1924 dictado por la Contraloría General de la República .
