Los giros telegráficos se formularán en talonarios por triplicado que suministrará el Servicio de Giros. El talón firmado por el remitente o enterante, debe quedar en la oficina emisora; el duplicado también firmado por el enterante, debe remitirse a la Contraloría General con la cuenta respectiva; y el triplicado, firmado por el Administrador de Correos, debe entregarse al remitente.
