La estructura interna de la Oficina y sus cargos y asignaciones serán determinados mediante decretos reglamentarios que al efecto expedirá el Gobierno Nacional con la asesoría de la Secretaria de organización e inspección la Administración publica.

Parágrafo

Mientras se organiza la Oficina, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este artículo, incorporase a ella la División de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Fomento, con su actual estructura y planta de personal.
