El producto de la venta de las acciones del Estado en el Banco de la República se destinará por el Gobierno a suscribir acciones de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero. Igualmente el producto de la regalía de que trata el artículo 8º del presente Decreto se destinará a aumentar la capacidad de préstamo de la Caja Agraria mediante la compra de títulos de Deuda Pública Nacional que posee hoy dicha entidad y que figuran en sus libros por valor de $ 12.754.000.00.
