Art. 4.° Los individuos que hayan pagado voluntariamente el veinte por ciento del empréstito que se les asignó en la distribución del mandado exigir por el decreto número 1,100 de 29 de Diciembre de 1884, tendrán derecho á que se les devuelva la suma consignada, siempre que consignen en monedas de plata un veinte por ciento de dicha suma. La devolución se hará en billetes del Banco Nacional, comprendiendo en ella el veinte por ciento que á virtud de lo dispuesto en este artículo consignaren nuevamente.
