Dentro del término de treinta (30) días, contados a partir de la fecha de nacionalización de la mercancía, el importador o su agente de aduana podrán reclamar ante la administración de aduana correspondiente el valor de los impuestos, multas o recargos pagados en exceso conforme a las disposiciones legales.
