Artículo tercero. Los trabajos, Almacén, Caja, equipos y elementos de la mencionada carretera, deberán ser entregados a la Zona de Carreteras Nacionales de Ocaña, debiéndose tener en cuenta, en lo pertinente, lo dispuesto en la Resolución número 70 de 1951 del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
