º Aclárase el artículo 3º del Decreto número 2433 de fecha 7 de diciembre de 1993, en el sentido de que las Funciones Consulares asignadas al cargo de Primer Secretario, Grado Ocupacional 3 EX, de la Embajada de Colombia ante el Gobierno de Sudáfrica, serán ejercidas en Pretoria, y no como Aparece en la citada disposición.
