ARTICULO 167. Liquidación de prestaciones de Oficiales Generales y de Insignia, Coroneles y Capitanes de Navío. Las prestaciones sociales de los Oficiales Generales, de Insignia, Coroneles y Capitanes de Navío de las Fuerzas Militares serán liquidadas así: - Sueldo básico: Será igual al porcentaje que como tal determinen las disposiciones legales vigentes que regulan esta materia. -Las partidas y porcentajes correspondientes señalados en los artículos 158 y 163 de este estatuto.
