El INPEC, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, deberá diseñar y mantener actualizado un sistema de recolección y gestión de datos de las personas atendidas en el marco de la política pública de atención al posegreso, en cualquiera de las modalidades previstas en el artículo 3º del presente decreto.
