ARTICULO 10. La persona escogida por concurso abierto será nombrada en período de prueba por el término de cuatro (4) meses, al cabo del cual será calificado. Si la calificación no es satisfactoria deberá declararse insubsistente su nombramiento. En igual forma se procederá con el empleado ascendido, cuando el ascenso conlleve cambio en el nivel jerárquico o en la denominación del empleo.
