Art. 9.° Todas las sumas que ingresen á la Administración procedentes de subsidios del Tesoro nacional y de contribuciones, recargos, multas, etc. serán consignadas en cuenta corriente en el Banco Nacional á la orden de la Administración de aseo, alumbrado y vigilancia.
