Art. 1.º La Sección de Numeración de la Litografía Nacional funcionará de hoy en adelante como Oficina independiente de dicho Establecimiento, en local separado, con un Jefe responsable, un Oficial Auxiliar y los obreros necesarios para desempeñar oportunamente las tareas de su cargo.
