° Los gastos discriminados de personal y material para la conservación de los aeródromos oficiales, se presupondrá mensualmente por el Departamento de Aeronáutica Civil, según las necesidades de cada aeródromo, a fin de que por la sección de Intendencia de la Dirección de la Fuerza Aérea se gestione oportunamente la situación de fondos a que haya lugar, ante el Departamento de Control y Contabilidad del Ministerio de Guerra.
