Antes del 15 de junio de cada año el Ministerio de Educación Nacional deberá presentar un informe al Congreso de la República sobre transferencias, reintegros y rendimientos de los recursos transferidos de acuerdo con los artículos 3° y 6° y sobre el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 7° de la presente ley.
