Notificación . La calificación del período de prueba y las evaluaciones parciales del mismo serán notificadas y comunicadas de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 39 Decreto-ley 775 de 2005 y contra ella procederán los recursos en los términos previstos en el artículo 40 del citado decreto-ley.
