Los magistrados de la sala de casación penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.

Los magistrados del Tribunal Superior Militar.

Los jueces de primera instancia.

Los jueces de instrucción penal militar.

Los auditores de guerra designados por el respectivo juez de primera instancia.
