º El personal del Centro Dermatológico "Federico Lleras Acosta", Programa Control de la Lepra, que venía laborando bajo la administración del Hospital 'Santa Clara" de Bogotá. D.E., e ingrese a la Planta de Personal de la Dirección de Campañas Directas del Ministerio de Salud, sin solución de continuidad, tendrá derecho a que el tiempo laborado bajo la administración de dicho Hospital, se le compute para todos los efectos legales.
