ARTICULO 158 . PAGO DE LAS INDEMNIZACIONES O BONIFICACIONES.- Las indemnizaciones o bonificaciones deberán ser canceladas en efectivo dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la expedición del acto de la liquidación de las mismas. En caso de retardo en el pago se causarán intereses a favor del empleado o trabajador retirado, equivalentes a la tasa variable DTF que señale el Banco de la República, a partir de la fecha del acto de liquidación. En todo caso, el acto de liquidación deberá expedirse dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes al retiro.
