Declarantes . De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 32 del presente decreto, los comerciantes establecidos en la Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial deberán actuar ante la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) a través de Agencias de Aduanas o directamente, en los casos contemplados en el artículo 33 de este decreto.
