Procesos disciplinarios. Los procesos disciplinarios que se estén cumpliendo con empleados de la actual Dirección de Imprenta Nacional del Inpec, al momento de ser incorporados como trabajadores oficiales a la planta de personal de la Empresa, continuarán regulados por las normas legales vigentes sobre la materia cuando ocurrieron los hechos.
