Adicionar el siguiente

Parágrafo transitorio

2° al Artículo 1.2.1.1.3., del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo Transitorio

Los recursos a los que refiere el presente Artículo que a 31 de diciembre de 2021 no se encuentren respaldando algún proyecto aprobado, se destinarán a la financiación de iniciativas o proyectos de inversión contenidas en el capítulo independiente de “Inversiones con cargo al SGR” del Plan de Desarrollo de la entidad territorial beneficiaria de la Asignación de conformidad con la homologación de fuentes definida en el Artículo 205 de la Ley 2056 de 2020.”
