Uso recreativo. Se entiende por uso del agua para fines recreativos, su utilización, cuando se produce:

Contacto primario, como en la natación, buceo y baños medicinales.

Contacto secundario, como en los deportes náuticos y la pesca.

(Decreto 3930 de 2010, artículo 15).
