ARTICULO 5 º. Los citadores y mensajeros de la Fiscalía General de la Nación tendrán derecho a un auxilio especial de transporte de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 32 del Decreto 717 de 1978, así

Para ciudades de más de un millón de habitantes, trece mil ochocientos cuarenta pesos ($13.840.00) moneda corriente mensuales;

Para ciudades entre seiscientos mil y un millón de habitantes, ocho mil setecientos veintitrés pesos ($8.723.00) moneda corriente mensuales;

Para ciudades entre trescientos mil y menos de seiscientos mil habitantes, cinco mil quinientos cuarenta pesos ($5.540.00) moneda corriente mensuales.
