La intervención estatal en el espectro electromagnético destinado a los servicios de televisión, estará a cargo de la Agencia Nacional del Espectro (ANE) de conformidad con lo determinado en la Ley 1341 de 2009 y el Decreto-ley 4169 de 2011. En particular, la ANE ejercerá las funciones previstas en los artículos 24, 26 y 27 de la Ley 182 de 1995 .

La ANTV será la encargada de asignar las frecuencias que previamente haya atribuido la Agencia Nacional del Espectro (ANE) para la operación del servicio de televisión.
