Del reembolso de los aportes. Con excepción de lo previsto en el artículo 2.4.1.1.15. del presente capítulo, cuando finalice la ejecución de un contrato y haya terminado, por tanto, la posibilidad de ocurrencia de la contingencia amparada con los aportes efectuados al Fondo de contingencias contractuales de las entidades estatales, la entidad aportante tendrá derecho a que le sean reembolsados dichos aportes si ellos han provenido de ingresos propios.
