Comunicaciones con otras autoridades. Cuando el funcionario en desarrollo de la investigación deba comunicarse con alguna otra autoridad, lo hará mediante oficio redactado con claridad y precisión. Pero cuando deba comunicarse con los Agentes de Policía Judicial o peritos de los distintos laboratorios, podrá hacerlo telefónicamente si le es posible.
