º. Dentro de los dos años siguientes a la promulgación del presente decreto las entidades adscritas o vinculadas al Ministerio de Minas y Energía realizarán los estudios geológicos-mineros y la iniciación de los correspondientes proyectos estratégicos, según las directrices que para el efecto señale el Ministerio de Minas y Energía.
