° De conformidad con lo previsto por el segundo inciso del artículo 81 de la Ley 80 de 1993, los contratos a que se refiere dicha disposición que a partir de la promulgación de la ley mencionada decidan celebrar las entidades estatales se sujetarán en su formación, ejecución, efectos, liquidación y demás aspectos pertinentes a la Ley 80 de 1993. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de la aplicación de las normas contempladas por la Ley 37 de 1993 y el Decreto 1900 de 1990, cuando a ello haya lugar.
