Los empleos de Profesionales de Gestión Institucional 2165-21, el Profesional Especializado 2028-15, los dos Profesionales Especializados 2028-14, un Profesional Universitario 2044-11 y el Técnico Administrativo 3124-16, creados mediante el artículo 2° del presente decreto en la Planta Global; llevarán a cabo funciones que implican la administración y el manejo directo de bienes, dineros y/o valores del Estado, por lo tanto, de conformidad con el artículo 5° numeral 2. literal c) de la Ley 909 de 2004, son de libre nombramiento y remoción.
